WHO IS FRAN?

Fran Dewar

Fran has been teaching many forms of dance for over 30 years. She holds 7 national titles and 2 world titles in competitive country team & couple dance. With an extensive fitness background, she holds certifications in Zumba, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Core & functional fitness & Nutrition. Fran is also a NPC runner up (2nd) in Bodybuilding competition. She knows how the body works and teaches you how to dance with proper movement to help prevent injury, help maintain your bone health, develops your coordination, works on maintaining your balance, helps with muscle tone and works on your memory to keep it crisp and sharp, all in a line dance class! So you can be assured to improve your health in a fantastic fun way.

WHERE DO YOU BEGIN?

Come to any valley-wide class or call for more information. You decide what level best suits you, but I recommend starting with a beginning class to decide where you are comfortable. It is that simple.

I was the event director of the Phoenix dance festival that was held the last weekend in April. Look forward to some of our other events to come.

LOCATIONS

Classes & dances are located throughout the greater Phoenix area. There is a class near you, & offering New Beginner, Beginner, Easy Intermediate and Advanced levels. Information is available for Line Dance, Swing, Competition and more. Weekly dances at convenient locations offer a place to practice what has been learned in class.
