We offer many ways to help.

If you are new to exercising try our New Beginner Line Dance class. It is designed for people who are new to exercise or the sedentary adult, or just getting back into exercise, this class will get you moving.

Want to do this with your partner try the couples classes to get you moving.

The first thing we must do to take back our bodies is MOVE…. Find one thing you like and jump in and do it, just commit one day to start and see where you go.

Line and or Couples classes not working for you, or you want more of a personal touch give us a call so we can set up a private meeting to help get you started in a way that suits you.

Don’t like gyms? We have an in home way for you to get a gym like work out at your own home all on your own. Call for more information.

Try our 20 minute rush in our east valley Greenfield RV location every Thursday starting at 8:45am, called our Zumba Rush. Always wanted to know how to do Zumba? Here is your chance…. Come experience the secret to the party, while you are there, stay and try the other classes too.
